Brisbane Inner West Chamber of Commerce has created a business liaison
with West's Panthers Junior Rugby League to assist with the development
of the local Inner West community sports club, their youth and senior teams
.. and for the benefit our Member Businesses.

West's Panthers President, Tony Currie, launched their Black Cat Club
as a means of involving the local community and businesses in the Club
and gaining local interest and financial support.

BLACK CAT CLUB is designed to give West's Fans a chance to participate in
Free activities throughout the season, and to also be eligible for a multitude
of discounts via our loyal sponsors.  The aim of the business Club is to assist
in funding the Panthers on their journey back into the QLD Cup competition.

Panthers fans now have a real way to make a difference and own a stake
in the future of both Rugby League Junior Development in the Western
Suburbs and the Direction of the Wests Panthers as a senior Club in Qld.

President, Tony Currie, launched Black Cat Club citing the need to build
a strong foundation at a junior level to ensure a steady flow of quality
young Panthers through the junior affiliate and school systems into the
Panthers Senior sides as they move towards Q Cup in future seasons.

"This is a way ex-players and fans can have direct input into the future
of the Panthers at a senior level" Currie said. "Not only will they become
financial backers of our senior playing group and junior development
program, they will have voting rights as to the Panther's Board make up should they not be satisfied with the direction the club is moving".
