Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UQ), Grad Diploma of Advanced Accounting
and Masters of Taxation Law (UNSW).  He managed a highly successful accounting
firm, co-managed multi-million dollar family businesses, and survived in the super
fast-paced world of options trading in the UK.  Steve is an active member of the
Inst of Chartered Accountants, Australian Inst of Company Directors and the
Australian Inst of Management .. And he wants you to burn your balance sheet.

truly important.  One number that determines if the business is wildly profitable
or slinks away quietly into the night accompanied by regrets and debts.  One
