viewpoint of our waste responsibilities and how Brisbane is working so positively
"Towards Zero Waste". Thank you to Harry for his very well-presented informative talk ..

The Strategy aims to achieve long-term waste minimisation through strategic procurement,
cleaner production, eco-efficiency techniques and improved product design - thus reducing
business costs.
Also find out about the new Business Recycling Service, making recycling
at work as easy as recycling at home.
You will leave with a different perception about waste rather than wondering how many
bins you need and how much they cost this presentation will get you thinking about how
to reduce or avoid waste generation in the first place.
Harry Copeland has been developing and implementing waste minimisation initiatives for
19 years, using a multifaceted approach to improving waste outcomes. He operated his
own consultancy in waste management systems for hospital and healthcare facilities across
Australia and SE Asia.
